The dedication of Victor Major, the Grand Master of the SC Prince Hall Masons, is continuing hundreds of years of Masons serving communities across the state. And, the unrelenting determination of the Honorable Paul Brawley, the first African American elected to a countywide constitutional office in Richland County, has provided greater opportunities for more African Americans to run and win.
